⁵ A wise man is mightier than a strong man,
    and a man of knowledge prevails over one who has strength.
⁶ For you wage war by wise guidance,
    and victory depends on a host of counselors.
⁷ Wisdom is too lofty for a fool;
    at the city gate he does not open his mouth.^[a]
